    Unhappy Making bulletins into CSS

I was wondering if someone could offer some assistance in making the bulletins we use to announce job opportunities into a nice CSS layout without using tables.

For example, here is a bulletin that I want to make into table-less CSS:

    http://www.maine.gov/statejobs/careers/076000.htm

Anyone who can help me with this will be greatly appreciated.

    Try http://www.maine.gov/statejobs/career/076000.htm

The only tables I see are the header and then the indented information that is preceded by the three dots. Are the dots required? Why not just use lists?

On the opening and closing dates, you could use divs. Same with the boxed information at the bottom, use a div with a border defined. The CSS could also be used to pull some of your in-line formatting from the tag and lighten the page quite a bit while making it easier for you to update the jobs.
