I have installed PEAR::HTML_QuickForm (manually) I dont have a choice. Everything works great except when it displays the actuall form.

There seem's to be a problem. The form tag actually show <formArray> rather then <form action....> I have read to re-install the common.php and QuickForm.php. I have done both, but I keep experiencing the same problem.

does anyone have any idea what may be causing this problem.
