Pay-Per-Click and Ad Server softwares

Anybody here knows about an existing ad server(low-cost) with support for advertiser/publisher logins and statistics for Pay-per-Click implementation.

Or any one ever tried modifying AdCycle to add publisher logins and statistics in addition to the existing advertiser logins and statistics ?

http://www.dot-banner.com is great - basically a dressed up, php/mysql version of the famous webadverts - offers advertiser logins, stats, and blazing speed ... excellent if you're serious about advertising and are familiar with php/mysql IMHO ...

AdCycle works pretty well... I've used it a little. NOt much to say. It works as expected.

Let me frame the question clearly.

My question was whether any of you know about a low-cost ad server software solution with advertiser/publisher accounts and statistics.

I am pretty familiar with adCycle and I am happy with it, but it allows only the administrator to create an advertiser account and there is no concept of seperate publisher accounts.

I am looking for a feature where publisher can sign up on their own (seperate web sites)for an account that co-exist with advertiser accounts where the publisher can create seperate ad codes for selected categories of banners from advertisers and see performance statistics for those selected banners.

Did I clear it for you guys or confused you all again ?
