Header image, do i have to set it *** background before i can type over it? It tiles

Just wondering if any of you could give me a quick fix to this simple problem(not simple for me) I tried to set my header image as a background inside the cell, but it tiles and you can see part of it. How can i fix this?

background-Repeat: No-repeat;}
