DW MX 2004 - Edit > Find and Replace

I've been using DW MX 2004 for a little while now and while editing a document I tired using the "Edit > Find and Replace" command to replace all of my misused class attributes with id attributes. I tried several times but it found none in the document even though I was looking right at several. I tried nothing complex, only using the word class in the find box and id in the replace box. I've tried this command multiple times but it has not worked at all.

Has anyone else had this problem? Did I accidentally mess up a setting or something?

Are you sure you aren' tmatching case and that you are on the top of the page searching down (or bottom of the page searching up)?

I have been caught on this.

I'm positive, I just tried again. The only checked box is "Ignore whitespace".
