There are a some at dhtmlcentral.com, they are all free. There is always dynamic drive, some are free and some are not.

I have come across some great DHTML menu's, but the site I'm working on include's frames, and the menu's will not overlap the frame.
Any idea's?!?

Those types of Javascript DHTML menus
won'tgo over another frame. The only way I know is to use a form drop down....like I did here on the "quick menu" www.reageradlerpc.com
You could create a customized form based menu for each drop down that goes to the URL when slected (no "Go" button). You could do quite a bit of form customizing with CSS.
Of course this wouldonly work if you are using top horizontal navigation.
Ask Mike Foster on the Javascript forum - best suggestion I can make as he wrote the stuff.
