    help me please

    I dont' have access to a windows 98; machine, anyways, I need someone to tell me how to fix(center) the top(logo and slanted line). I did the top to please the customer but, now they saw the site in a 98 browser and they want it to be centered in call the browsers.

    The problem as I see it has nothing to do with Win 98 or the site itself - but it might look differently if they're using a different or older web browser. Do you know what browser they're using? If it's an older version of IE or Netscape maybe you could point out to them that most viewers will be using IE 5.5 or 6 and the centering issue shouldn't be a problem?

    Just a thought - oh, and nice looking site BTW!

    they probably used an old browser, works fine in IE5.5/win 98.

    it might have been their screen resolution. S/he may have been using a lower resolution (640x480) so everything was off the page and required scrolling.

    it looks fine here at 1024x768. it looks centered

    I'm looking at it in opera 7 and it is centered, but the top very large and I have to scroll to the side.

    ( 800X600 resolution)

    Thanks, not really sure what browser they are using, but It's the internet. Not everyone will see the exactly the same thing right?

    There are certain things you can do to make it reasonably consistant between screen resolutions and browsers, but it's never going to look "identical".

    Tested it, works fine... probably a little error of bug. Or it's just a to old IE. version.
