Been spidered several times but still not listed.

I am a bit concerned if my domain has been blocked out by Google.
It has been spidered by Googlebots and even got accepted to the Adsense program.

However, I can't seem to find the url listed on google.
Should I be concerned or give some time (till the next month)?

I just rechecked Google and not even a single link can be found.

If the domain has been blocked, what can I do?

    No backlinks on Google.
If a domain has been banned, what are the procedures to get it unbanned on all search engines?

Whoa, whoa, slow down there turbo. Backlinks only show if they have a PR of 2 or higher. Also, try a search limited to your domain. Example: web design site:example.com
    Travis Watkins - Hyperactive Coder
    My Blog: Realist Anew
Projects: Alacarte - Gnome Menu Editor

    iKwak -

When did you actually submit your site?

If less than a month ago, then give it another month.

EDIT: Only PR4 or higher pages will show as backlinks - and the backlinks have not been updated since the beginning of September.

    Hello guys.

I have received the e-mail from Google webmaster and this is what the webmaster wrote:

The site is www.calpolyforum.com and I don't believe I cheated or abused the Google system in any way. What can I do now? Very news.

well, you really dont know if the google bots have indexed your page. google has seperate bots for adsense and for finding sites/updating the index. so you may see google bot has crawled your site 10 times, but it may have been the adsense bot every time.

But the Google Webmaster replied the e-mail saying that my URL has been banned due to abuse of some sort.

Wouldn't that mean that even if the real Googlebot does index the site, it will not be listed since it is banned.

I want to know now how to get unbanned and get a second chance.

Also on my webanalysis (AWStats), it shows that Googlebots has indexed my sites on the 9th of October.

I know it is googlebots because the adsense bots indexes my site everyday, when new posts are made and what not.

If you have a PR of 5 then I do not understand how your site can be banned.

You say you want a second chance - does this therefore mean you are aware of having violated some aspect of ethical SEO?

    Me either.

I mentioned second chance? I am not aware of any abuse or cheating in seo. I think the ban of the url is caused from the previous domain owner.
Should I e-mail Google Webmaster and ask to recheck my site?

I doubt they will tell me what violation (if any) exist on my site.

Frankly, I can't help but wonder if you're simply rushing too much into it - that patience is always required with Google. I thought you'd simply e-mailed Google asking why your site was banned, only to get the generic "why sites are banned" e-mail in reply. But PR is showing, and you have a backlink showing - you're ni the index to some degree. [EDIT: PR is no longer showing]

That being said, I'm not getting a "allinurl:" for Cal Poly forums, which is not a good sign.

I would personally hold on for another month - but if nothing comes up, I would then simply create a new domain and transfer everything there - updating backlinks appropriately. Simply use a different tld - ie, .net instead of .com, for example.

Surley if you were banned, you wouldnt have any PR.

But then the PR of 5 doesnt sit with the no backlink situation

The pagerank is 0 now (My toolbar does not seem to show pagerank for any pages)?
I was rushing through the entire process and was very anxious.
It does seem like a generic e-mail reply.

I did not mention that I've bought the domain on July 2003. Meaning, I am the new owner and what the previous domain owner done (as to cheating or abusing), my site is new and no cheating has taken place.
Should I send another reply to Google about this or should I wait until the early next month?

Really, I wouldn't expect Google will pay too much personal attention to your personal e-mails, simply because they have so much to deal with in general.

I would personally recommend you be patient and wait 4-6 weeks and see how everything develops. If there's a PR update at the end of that time then you should hopefully see some changes to your benefit. If there's still nothing happening, then I would simply recommend you buy a new domain - forums instead of forum, or else a different tld - .net, perhaps - and simply export your forum and database over. It will not actually be very hard to do - but, of course, you will still need to wait for full indexing. Please note that full indexing does take it's time and is not an instant thing.

Google replied immediately, the same day I have sent the second e-mail. The webmaster sent the request to the Engineers to get it checked and reviewed. If the site meets the guideline, it will get listed on the search engine (about a month or two).

Make sure your site is optimized, and that you have read Aspens optimization guides. Also, check out www.wordtracker.com to find the KEI of your keywords... Next time you are spidered, you will get listed.

I am impatient as it the process of reinclusion is going to take "who knows how long" month.

    What are you suggestions?

    1) Wait one more month and hopefully, the site will get listed or

    2) Move my entire website (forum) to another url that is not unbanned?
