sitepointforums vs webhostingtalk ?

The thing I like most about SPF is the organization of the forums (easy to find things after you get over the initial shock of the site's entirety). There is always room for improvement no matter what site you prefer. Here though, people are fun, professional and very helpful. The added bonus is that SP strives to promote member contribution, which in turn promotes out-of-the-box ingenuity. Alot of other forums I've seen lack in this area. Pretty smart if you ask me.

But hey, I'm just an SPF addict beyond the addiction. What do I know?

Absolutely. WHT is overmoderated like so many forums.
It seems to be the place to go for web hosting related questions but other than that you won't find a lot of inspiration.

SPF are my absolute favourite forums. There's no competition.

Webhostingtalk, as the name says, is more targeted at hosting/server issues and the like, not exclusively, but for the most part.

To me this place is pretty much what the name implies, a point, a interactive communication and wealthy information bazaar where people from all over the globe, all backgrounds get together and build a harmonious entity.
I've yet to come across another forum that has such a large userbase and still manages to occupy such a warm and friendly atmosphere.

My praise goes out to the moderators and users alike for doing such a great job and for providing such a great place.

If you want a good forum i visit dnforum or sitepoint

The only thing that Site Point and Web Hosting Talk have in common is that my name SiteTutor is not available that and the amount of members of course.
I don't like how they don't even have and Introduction category, seems very cold to me and overmoderated as well.
