trouble with window.open

I am using the following code:

Now it works, but it does not seem to want to listen to the dimensions. It makes the huge window that is nearly full screen on a 1280x1024 resolution. Anyone see why the code would work in general, but not fit to the size specified?

Get rid of target, and return false in your onclick.
You also might want to move the dimentions to the front of the list

I moved the dimensions and taking out the target forced the page to change without opening in a new window.

The link is the "...read more..." for each person.

I am sorry the code is not easy to read; it's php generated so it ends up with some LOOOOONG lines of code.

Any other ideas as the why the new window will not open to the specified dimensions?
