Scrolling frames

How can i make it so that either the ugly scroll bar moves to the left or so i can control the scrolling of a single frame by using two buttons or images using the onClick function? Preferably in another frame?

i dont really have an answer to your qestion, but i saw a site which had that kind of thing the bigger picture.

just view the source and hack the code around... thats the sort of thing i would do....

I have come accross this trick, it allows you access to finding out the state of the scroll bars that are in the browser.
