    Why this is not working?

    I was created a 3 column desinged site with header and footer. I also used the so called x.js scirpt to put the footer to the right place, but the site is looks bad because my content column (middle column) got under the two side column. I don't know why?

    If anyone can help me I will be very happy!

    Try this approach instead - no need for Javascript!

    Hi,

    I'm not sure I understand the use for javascript when you have used tables for layout anyway. Surely the javascript is a work around for when tables are not used?

    Anyway your problems can be solved by fixing your html. You have a missing closing table tag here:
    Code:
    <table>
    </div>
    <div id=content>
    It should be /table>

    Also you have used relative posioning on your content div and it should be static.

    Change it to this:
    Code:
    #content {
     width: auto;
     min-width: 450px;
     margin-left: 160px;
     margin-right: 135px;
    }
    Oh !, and you need a full docytpe as well.

    That should solve your major problems.

    Hope this helps.

    Paul
