IE Woes part 2

Alright here is my second problem. I have a bar on both sides of the page that is supposed to go all the way to the bottom of the page. however at the moment it is not. The ironic thing is that it does on one page but not on the other.

in the left and and right columns i have height set to 100%. again it works on one page but not the next.

It's kinda hard to see what the problem could be without looking at your code. Please post the code in your pages so we can take a look.
