PhotoShop 7.0 wont open

I am trying to open photoshop7.0 on windows 2000. It has worked before perfectly, then all of the sudden it won't open. If I click the icon it goes to the slash screen and starts to load, then abruptly closes before it completely opens. I have re started the computer, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, nothing is working. Can someone help!??

After you've rebooted have you made sure that no other applications are running before trying to run Photoshop? Reason I ask is that it sounds like what I'd expect if you were running low on memory.

If that's not your problem then I don't know. Sorry.

Have u installed any new fonts?
