cgi php perl? how to use ?

i have downloaded several perl & php scripts. but how to use them.
plas advise me. thanks advance.

If you want to run them locally, you'll first need a webserver like Apache or PWS.
Once you've downloaded and installed a server, you need to download files to allow you to use prorgams in the languages you want:
PHP
Perl
Cold Fusion
If you want to run ASP, you need to get either Windows NT Server/2000 (Pro or Server) with IIS, or Win9x with PWS. They come with ASP support preinstalled.

If you currently have a webhost and want to use them for your site, upload to the server and follow the documenation. Since this is a general question, I can't say anything specifically.
