    IE - CSS Print problem

    Hello,

    I tried to make a print.css for my site but Iíve got some problems.
    It is not in the print.css; itís already without this.
    On the screen the layout looks OK, but in print preview mode, the text does not wrap anymore around the images.

    I made a link to a stripped page, with a few content and a small css file.

    http://www.wimb.net/test/test2/printproblem.htm

    The xhtml and css validates, there should be no errors.

    This error is only with IE 6.0, with Firebird Ė 0.6, Mozilla 1.5b, Opera 7.11 and NS 7.0 it is good.

    Who has a good suggestion?

    Many thanks

    wimb

    I suspect the problem lies here:

    Code:
    .imgtxt {
      clear      : both;
      margin     : 20px 10px 10px 0px;
      text-align : justify;
    }
    I had the same problem, and had to change my text in my print stylesheet to be:

    Code:
    .imgtxt {
      text-align: left;
    }
    in order for IE to wrap the text around floated images. I guess it is a bug in IE, because it wrapped fine in Netscape 7 and Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1 when the text was justified.

    Andy,

    Thanks a lot, your solution it's the right one. Iíve added two times text-align: left; and now it is good.

    On the first version of my site I did not have this problem, there was no align at all. Later I changed it to ďjustifyĒ and I did not check the print preview. Then when I found the print problem I didnít remember anything about these changes anymore.

    In fact, after each (small) change I should check my complete site
    CSS has really a site wide influence.
