Does anyone know if it is possible to disable right click on the entire domain using htaccess file? If so what would that command be in the file?

Not possible.
.htaccess is for configuring Apache at the folder level (server-side changes).
Right click disabling is done by javascript on the client side. They are completely seperate.
Not to mention that you shouldn't be disabling right click in the first place.Love it? Hate it? Helpful? Useless?

Because it makes your site look less professional, annoys the user, and doesn't really prevent anything anyways, since it is always possible to do whatever you want with someones website.

Because it annoys the living daylights out of people.. (people being me!) I browse tabbed and I use right click to do a number of tasks. I've got several browser extensions loaded that allow me to use a page as I see fit - resize the window, list all links on a page, highlight a word to define it, open links in a new window, adjust font sizes etc. I LOATH sites that disable right click. Most people who disable right click are trying to keep graphics from being stolen, which is like trying to keep people from stealing money that your letting them keep at their house. Images are downloaded when viewed!!! The only thing you do by disabling the right click is limit your visitors ability to surf they way they are used to.

Accessibility issues and mouse gestures are the two main reasons why you should avoid disabling the mouse button via some form of script.

Whenever I come across a no-right-click script I just disable Javascript in that window/tab anyway, just to prove a point.
