Hello everyone, i am having a little problem, and i have looked all over the net. I am using Photoshop 5.5 and imageready 2.0 and what i want to do is create a website in Photoshop. Now i know how to slice, and make rollovers, etc... my biggest problem really is what size of a canvas do i need to make so that it will fit on the net perfectly!!
i have set it at 800X600, but it doesn't look right.

If anyone knows what i should do, maybe use tables inside tables?? I really don't have a clue and im stumped.
Any site referals on this procedure is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

If you have margins, then the width of the webpage should be 760px. If you don't have margins, then the width of the webpage should be 780px. They both fit perfectly and don't make the browser scoll horizontally...

CWG...here is a template that I created in Photoshop. It is what I use intially to create ALL of my websites. It has both sizes of browser windows included in it, 640x480 and 800x600.

YOu are welcome to use it if you like.

    Thanks guys!!
Creole i will try your template, and hopefully it works out for me.

Thanks very much. I think someone needs to put up a "how to" on the net for those of us who just can't seem to get it to work properly in Photoshop.

Bless you guys, and other help, or tips are welcomed too.
