Removing LEFT > RIGHT scroller

Hello,
How wud I go about removing ONLY the bottom scroller from the window? I don't mean an iframe or a frame, the actual window?

I remember ages ago finding some script that took away the right scroller but I cant find that again, and anyway it isnt what I want, coz I still want to be able to scroll up and down.

Can anyone help? Thanks!
