Does anyone know of any (preferably UK based) alternatives to this site ? $20 for shipping to the UK is too steep

I know that http://www.iprint.com has a similar service..I'm not sure of the charges or overseas shipping though.

yeah i am planning to do some t-shirts for my forum members with cafepress.com - but it's expensive for my Aussie members

I do recall that there is a member here who does graphic printing services. I believe its Jumpthru, but wouldn't swear to it...

Sort of related - as stated earlier http://www.iprint.com/ is quite good for freebies (address labels, custom post-it notes) but again the postage stops it really being worth it.

For business cards go to http://www.vistaprint.com they do full colour ones for free which you can design on site. Very nice quality too! Although you still have to fork out for postage to get them over to the UK it is cheaper to do them free on the US site and ship them to the UK than it is to get them printed on the UK vistaprint site.

I think any screen printer could make a fortune if they teamed up with a web-head to make a british version of cafepress. They could make loads just on stag/hen night t-shirts.
