ARRRRRRRGGGGG!!! window.opener won't work!

This is driving me nuts (though not as much as the woman sat opposite me for the next two days who will NOT shut the hell up -- though that's a different story!)...

I've tried the following:

onClose="window.opener.location.refresh();"

onClose="window.opener.location.reload();"

onClose="window.opener.location.reload(true);"

onClose="window.opener.location.replace('default.asp');"

None of them work, yet everywhere I look it says they should. Help!!!

It might, just might be that there is no onClose and I made it up. onUnload works fine. I think I might go hurl myself from the 5th floor.

That would be a good plan, except for the next few weeks the office junior is my little sister (which is VERY weird, I can tell you)!
