    Hi Everyone

I am teaching a course on Director 7 (unfortunately the university has yet to upgrade to 8). I am after good examples of multimedia created with Director, together with any resources/tutorials for Director 7! I know there are a lot of tutorials out there for Director 8 but I am specifically after Director 7 tutorials.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I don't have an answer, but I do have a question. Hasn't Flash more or less replaced the need for Director?

Director is still a much more powerful application than Flash, and still the preferred choice when creating multimedia free of bandwidth restrictions. For people strictly into webdesign, I don't think there is a compelling reason to learn it.

I agree that Flash is very close to Director. However, it is a multimedia course (not necesarily web design although I teach them HTMLa s well), so it is useful for them to learn Director as it is useful for CD-ROM presentations!
