installing style in movable type

how do u install new styles in movable type?

ok i figured it out, what about the search form, the id is ".side" but can i style it? so the button is blue and the text box has no border? I know the CSS, but do i need any speical ID or do i just put the css under .side?

It works like any other page. You can style it however you like. There are other elements like .side so you may want to create a new class or id and put it in the stylesheet.

Yeap Sketch is right. Just treat the template as you would any other HTML file (except for the MT template tags of course), and define the styles in your CSS accordingly.

Remember to rebuild of course. Here's a neat way to save the step of rebuilding your stylesheet whenever you make a change.
