    Little orange XML stickers everywhere..

    Hi!
I keep seeing these little white-XML-on-orange buttons increasingly.
What's the significance? Where can I find out more? When I click on them, I just get XML code. Can't see the use? Is there something I'm fundamentally missing?
    -Thanks

Some sites offer their content in XML-format so that it can be syndicated by others. For example, many sites offer their news in RSS-format to allow easy syndication. The RSS-file (or any other XML-application) can be parsed by users for whatever purpose. A common way is to display headlines from other sites on your site.

    [EDIT]

Here's a FAQ to answer some questions about RSS
