    Hi I hope someone might be able to help me?

    I am using atomz search enigine on my site and I want to include a back to top anchor on the search results page.

    Though it doesn't seem to work I am using a image rollover here is an example:

    <a name="top"></a>

    This is at the top of the page and this section below is at the bottom.

    <a href="#top" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('top','','../../gif/top_dn.gif',1)">
    <img name="top" border="0" src="../../gif/top_up.gif" width="15" height="11" alt="Top of Page"></a>

    This is what happens when I click on the link:

    http://www.tulliallan.police.uk/docs/gif/#top

    which comes up with an error page.

    This is the search page:

    http://www.tulliallan.police.uk/search.htm

    Can someone help explain why this is not working and perhaps know the correct path on the results page so I can include this? I believe I have to have the path of the search results page.

    Thanks for any help!

    Just a quick answer:

    when i clicked on the link, there was a complete url to the location of the .gif used for mouse over. The anchor link is supposed to be "#top" like you put in your post.

    -------

    Sorry i looked at your code and you have linked "#top", i cant see why its printing of the url to the gif??

    I apologise this is no help..

    I'm just guessing here, but it might have something to do with the base a href that you're using. I think that it's adding that URL onto anything that is a relative link. You could try using absolute links to all your graphics and taking that out and seeing how it works.
