Design info for Photoshop and Dreamweaver

    Hello,

I'm very familiar with running sites but normally outsource my design. I know html just enough to be dangerous but I'd like to take it to the next step.

Does anyone know of some good books, sites, or other sources the give a dummies to experts guide on Designing sites using mainly Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver together?

    Thanks,

http://www.w3schools.com/ is good for learning many Web-related languages (i.e. HTML, XML, ASP, SQL). I recommend learning this, rather than learning Dreamweaver.

As for graphics, I'm not really sure where to point you, other than to our very own Graphics and Multimedia forum. There are a few links to resources in there .

I've so far never seen any books that teach you to do a website in both Photoshop and Dreamweaver correspondingly. Photoshop skills should be learnt seperately but here's a tip, the Imageready slice tool is very accurate and efficient.

As for Dreamweaver books, I think you can learn quite alot from Macromedia.com

I recommend "The Non-Designer's Design Book" as a nice book about design in general.
