    Hey Hey Hey SitePointers...

I would like to offer a text link to visitors on my site asking them to bookmark us. Is there a reliable CROSS-PLATFORM javascript that can accomplish this?

I have done searches on several sites for this script and most of them are coming back IE only...but I want cross-platform.

Yeah, I've been looking around but it seems that only IE supports such a thing! I'm not 100% sure but.... if no one says anything that mean it's true for Netscape version 4.72- (don't know ver.6)

Tell you what...how about a really good IE script then? I found a few but I don't like the way that they work.

    Anyone?

To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to add or trigger the addition of a bookmark in Netscape via JavaScript.

However, for IE -- check the bottom of the page at the following link...
