    css align problem

    Hello,

    I am trying to get some css to work the way i want it to. I know it can but I cant figure it out. Here is my html that i am using.
    HTML Code:
    [size=2]<table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" valign="top" width="100%">
    <tr>
    <td>
    <div class="h5">$startlink$headline$endlink</div>
    <div id="image" style="padding-left: 5px; padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 10px; border: solid 0px; height: $imageheight;">
    $startlink<img src="$image" border="0" width="$imagewidth" height="$imageheight" align="left" alt="$title">$endlink
    <div id="copy" style="padding-left: 10px; padding-right: 3px; border: solid 0px; width:100%" class="justtext">$blurb</div>
    </div>
    <div id="bottom">
    <div id="price" style="width: 200px; position: static;" class="yourprice">$price</div>
    </div>
    <div style="border: dashed 1px;">buttons</div>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    [/size]
    attached is a picture of how it laying out.

    What i want it to do is move the div with the word buttons in it to be next to the price but aligned to the right.

    thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    I can't see the picture yet so I'm guessing a bit, but you could try this:

    Code:
    <div id="price" style="width: 200px; position: static;" class="yourprice">
    <div style="border: dashed 1px;float:right;">buttons</div>$price</div>
    </div>
    It would be better if you removed the inline styles to your stylesheet though

    Ok here is a new problem.

    They way i had the div's laid out before it was not cross browser compatiable. it did not like the mac and mozilla browsers.....oh well...so now i need to get the text next to the image with out wraping around the image.

    there sould be a picture attached if there is not then pm me and i'll send it to you.

    thanks.

    HTML Code:
    [size=2]<div id="tile$tilenum" style="width: 100%; position: relative; border solid 1px; text-align: left;">
    <div id="tileheadline$tilenum" class="h4" style="left: 0; position: relative; text-align: left;">$startlink$headline$endlink</div>
    <div id="tileimage$tilenum" style="position: relative; padding-left: 5px; padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 10px; margin: 10px; height: $imageheight; width: 100%;border: solid 1px;">
    <div id="image" style="position: static; margin: 1px;">$startlink<img src="$image" border="0" width="$imagewidth" height="$imageheight" alt="$title">$endlink <div style="float: left; position:static; border: solid 1px; text-align: left;" class="stdtext">$blurb</div></div>
    </div>
    <div id="tilebottom$tilenum" style="position: relative; padding-left: 5px; padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 10px;">
    <!--<div id="price" style="left: 0; top: 0; text-align: left;" class="yourprice">$price</div>
    <div style="position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; text-align: right; padding-right: 10px;" class="stdtext">buttons</div>-->
    <div id="price" style="width: 95%; position: static;" class="yourprice"><div style="float: right;">buttons</div>$price</div>
    </div>
    </div>
    [/size]
