what do I do with this file:

    MySQL dump 7.1

More specifically how do I use it with a MySQL database administered with PHPMyAdmin, do I just paste it into:

"Run SQL query/queries on database my_database":

The file has a bunch of "CREATE TABLE" and "INSERT INTO" 's in it.

Do you have command line access to your MySQL database, it is much easier to use these files doing from the command line than it is to do it with PHPMyADmin

    syntax

    mysql -u username -p databasename < dumpfile.sql
Please don't PM me with questions.

PHPMyAdmin also allows you to paste the command into it, so I believe you could do that (haven't tried)
