If you have any questions relating to PHP and MysQL they can be asked here in the forums. There is no dedicated support forum for the book since we can answer any php questions here.

lol....the best bet is here in the forum. But if you have a very specific question about that book, then yes you can send questions there. Again, though, we can help on the forum and alleviate an overwhelming amount of email the Sitepoint Office gets.
