The files which were deleted were those all of my design files and script files for loisandclark.net and my upcoming site maxezone.com

I dont have a clue how they got deleted, i did leave my computer on for 5 hours connected to the net yesterday..

I think i might have a torgan horse if thats what it is called on my computer.

I will update NAV 2000 and then scan the whole system..

[while I am writing this] I have found my newst design for maxezone which i tested online in my cached folder but i
will have to download all the files from my host for loisandclark.net ...

I accidentally deleted 300+MB's of MP3's a few weeks ago, and since I didn't want to try to re-download (if I could find them) I went and got PowerQuest Lost & Found http://www.powerquest.com/lostandfound/index.html
and it recovered all but 2 (out of 110) of the MP3's.

I've formatted my hard drive twice by accident, and once because I has the CIH virus (I think it's called that). I lost everything. My websites, everything. But I still didn't use a backup program But now since I have WinME it has the built in recovery/backup program...

Yeah, I got it to (CIH Chernobyl or something) How do you format by accident? Would you recommend WinME?
