    Starting with a Flash...

    Hi there every1,

I have been a really big fan of Flash since ver 3.0. But unfortunately, I did not venture into this domain due to my already saturated work around html and server-side scripting. But, now when I am willing to give some time to Flash 5.0, I am finding myself without any place to start at. Unlike with CGI/Java/html where I've have got hundreds of resources to get editable/free samples... I haven't found any place about falsh where I can download free editable samples to hack and learn. I don't really prefer Macromedia's included samples because they are far away from real-world Flash WebSites and Intros, which I am really interested in. So can any one of you give me a head start on where to go and get my editable samples... or tutorials on Flash Intro/Site building... ???

[BTW, I've tried a couple of file deprotectors off the web, but they are not of any help as the files they create are single layer movies just containing the animated frames...]

    Hope you can help,
    Haydur.

    Hi

I'm not sure about editable Falsh tutorials. I for one would not put any on the WEB as I find a lot of people just use them to avoid doing the work and will just take them, change them, and then pass them off as their own. I understand your reasoning for having them as I do think they might help someone in learning how to use Flash.

As to tutorials, have a look at:

    Hi,

http://www.flashkit.com will probably everything you need to get started and to go pro, but once you have learnt the basics I'd suggest just to play around with it asmuch as possible.
