Outputting RSS from custom CMS

On my site, I've written a custom ASP.Net-based CMS. I did this because I'm a completely off-the-wall picky programmer, and I couldn't find a premade CMS that did what I wanted the way I thought things should be done.

My site is written in DocML, a subset of XML. I use XSLT for the client-side transformation to XHTML Strict. Recently I've become interested in letting other sites pick up an RSS stream for each of my pages.

What would be the steps and specifics of outputting an RSS stream for each page?

Since your CMS is XML-based, all you need to do is look at the RSS specs and write an XSLT to translate your DocML into RSS!
