Single table in DB gone pear shaped - help.

Why does this always happen when it's my week off?

Anyway, it appears that one table in a database called 'user' has become foobar'd in some way, when trying to access it via cmd line or phpmyadmin, I get the error:

Can't open file: 'user.MYI'. (errno: 145)

I can access all other tables in the database just fine.

Does this mean that there is some problem other than just one table becoming corrupted?

I have a full mysqldump of the entire database.

If I can just rebuild the user table, what is the best way to restore it from the full database backup I have?

Ah, it's ok. I've been able to repair the table.
