php upload script

Im trying to install an upload script on my server and I keep getting this error:

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 813 is not allowed to access /tmp/php2eOv1U owned by uid 0 in fileupload.class on line 114

anyone knows what this means?

Zellan...I don't know the answer, but I would guess that the people here will need the script too to be able to figure out the problem

make sure you have chmoded the directory it is uploading into to 777

YOu have php running in safe mode you need to change the directive in the php.ini file to be
safe_mode = Off

not

safe_mode = On
