Pop-Up to Fade In

A designer made me this simple logo but I can no longer find him.

Can someone edit a bit, so that the "Buy, Sell, and Trade" would fade in after 4 seconds each (first "Buy fades in after 4 seconds, then Sell after 4 seconds, and and Trade" after 4 seconds) rather than popping up (looks like an advertisement ).
And the yellow border to orange.

Please?

edit: Oh, and the "Buy, Sell, and Trade" to one color- black.
