incident support system

Looking for a support system that works in a pay per incident fashion. needs the following:

• php / mysql or php / postgresql
• support for paypal a must
• support for multiple other payment gateways
• variable pricing for differant kinds / levels of support.
• very customizable

I'll develop one if i have too but i'd rather not reinvent the wheel.

any ideas or links?

Just a thought, Eric: try emailing any reputable company that uses such a support system and inquire about the origin of said system.

I have a support tracking system based on PHP/MySQL. Currently it does not have PayPal integration. But it shouldnt take much to modify it to do so.

Take a look at DeskPro.com - v2 is just in Beta and has per incident payments for support etc. We currently use v1.1 and it's a very good system and v2 is shaping up to be a lot better.

if i can come up with the money it might be perfect. especially if the 2.0 version has the pay per incident support like you mentioned.
