    I have a few questions

Can you please answer me these questions as detailed as possible ?

1.) Do you know how to program PHP with register_globals Off?
    - What differences are there ?

2.) Explain what a SQL injection attack is.

3.) Explain what a command injection attack is.

4.) Explain what a buffer overflow is.

5.) Explain what cross-site scripting is.

    Thanks in advance.

This is kind of an evaluation.

A big network want me as PHP Coder (I was requested by one of their staff), so I have to take an evaluation. Thing is, I didn't keep track of the newest PHP things, as I more moved to CSS and JS in the meantime and learn that by hard.

Write everything as objects, or write your pages as functions and you never have to worry about this one ;p

    Cheers,
    Keith.

Err, what? That doesn't have any bearing on the issue...

If you are encapsulating all of your code in classes or functions then all of those globals created by register_globals won't be in the same scope as your code unless you specifically request them to be.

Still better to leave it off though!
