The error I am receiving is: Can not load XML: An invalid character was found in text content

I found the following link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238833

It says that I need to alter the XML declaration in order to receive alternative characters and display them.. (I think).

Can somebody please help me please.

Also could this be a problem with an outdated version of Microsoft XML Core Services on my server? Is this the latest version..? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=19662
