Well, personally I doubt I'd use a site where the homepage has sections of netspeak (u for you and ur for your, etc). It's not a great first impression. Ditto for any posts in the forums by staff members.

Other than that, it seems like you've got a fairly active member base, even if there aren't many of them. Unlike other sites, which try and force a community onto an otherwise fairly static site, this looks promising.

My only real comment is the whole thing needs a unified 'look'. The homepage is a pretty standard CMS layout, and the forum is using a default skin. It needs its own visual theme that brings everything together and makes it unique.

Oh, and possibly try and get the banner's filesize down a bit. My poor 56k modem struggled for a while on it
