Just wondering if anyone knows when Javascript became available for designers to use within web pages. Also, if anyone knows the same for HTML. Thanks for your help.

Javascript became available to web development in Netscape 2.0.
Who walks the stairs without a care

not sure, you could probably search google for the release date of netscape 2.0.
(I have a netscape 3.0 Javascript book, it talks a little bit about NS2 Javascript)Who walks the stairs without a care
