I have been building my online store with a store builder program, but I just decided that it is just too limiting and I started to rebuild it with FrontPage. I now need reccomondations for a shopping cart service, payment gateway (credit card acceptance and authorization), and host for the store pages. Any direction would be appreciated. Thank you!

http://www.readyhosting.com is a hosting provider that provides a free shopping cart with their one plan hosting.
They are very inexpensive for all that they provide. The shopping cart software is Cart32. http://www.cart32.com
Payment gateway and merchant account is something you will probably want to research. I have found ccnow.com to be the easiest to set up and the least expensive. Yes, they charge 9% per transaction. But there is no fixed dollar ammount per transaction, no monthly fee, no setup fee, no monthly minimums required. http://www.ccnow.com

Depends which CC processor you're going to have. If you have a merchant account already or have found one that you're going to sign up with then find a cart program that will work with what you have.

Otherwise, try working the other way. That is, find a cart program you like, see what merchants they support, then see if you like the merchant programs.

    For your consideration:
Check out Authorize.net as your gateway service, 3d3.com for a shopping cart (they have a "lite" and heavy duty versions available and then go with an ISP/hosting service fairly close to you that you can get GOOD reports on.
TO BE TOTALLY FORTHCOMING: I must say that 3d3.com (aka ShopFactory.com) has pissed me off over the almost 2 years I've used their pro version, but with some assistance from local talent, I was able to overcome some relatively minor glitches, links, etc., without too much difficulty. They are an AUSTRALIAN firm and their support function leaves an awful lot to be desired.
