Given it's only one link, the easiest solution is to contact the linking site, and ask them to remove it.

That said, a single bad link is unlikely to do much harm. The problems only arise when there are a large number of such links.

Regarding Google Webmaster Tools, you can use that to sumbit a disavow file, but you should be cautious about doing that. Google advises:

This is an advanced feature and should only be used with caution. If used incorrectly, this feature can potentially harm your site’s performance in Google’s search results. We recommend that you disavow backlinks only if you believe you have a considerable number of spammy, artificial, or low-quality links pointing to your site, and if you are confident that the links are causing issues for you. In most cases, Google can assess which links to trust without additional guidance, so most normal or typical sites will not need to use this tool.
    More information here.

I know about linkdetox.com, but I've never used it though. This tool will help you to identify bad links.

Google will not punish your site over one bad link. Google does a lot to combat "negative SEO", which is where an internet marketer spams out links for a competitors site in order to hurt their rankings.

Because they want to prevent this, you can fight this bad link by simply earning high quality links. If you create a lot of unique, interesting content that people want to link to, then Google will not care about your one bad link.

Just read carefully about the Google's Disavow tool on their website and use only this tool for removal. No other tools will actually help you to discontinue a bad link (unless you contact a webmaster and he removes the link himself)

I would like to suggest Google Link Disavow tool which allows one to remove unnatural inbound links or bad links from the website. This kind of links are harmful to website ranking.
