    you can use ECLIPSE juno. But there are many installation you will have to been through. You can develop android apps besides it.

    You neglected to point out one crucial component--if you use eclipse for android development, you will need the Android Development Kit plugin for eclipse: http://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/eclipse-adt.html

    I believe Android Studio is the recommended tool to use nowadays. I'm biased, because I hate Eclipse with a burning passion, but Android Studio is based on IntelliJ, so it's faster and has better features.

    Appsgeyser app, Andromo apps and previously App Inventor apps are using for developing android games. But it has shut down and moving to MIT center for mobile learning. But rest of the apps is still working very nicely for android game development.
