    Disabling Browser Click Sound

    How can I disable the broswer click sound, when clicking on a link, using JavaScript (or something else)?

    if you are reffering to ie, you can do this through the sounds control panel.

    Right - that's a browser setting, and not something exposed to the webpage therein.

    It seems the Aural Style Sheets - Volume Property, can achieve this job. But i don't know about browser compatibility.
