    Question MYSQL and PayPal Question

I have a database that I store links to paypal in and then if I need to update them I use a textarea in a form with a php update code. Well, when I query the database back into the textarea it comes up with some of the characters messed up. Then when I save it the database and then the link is all messed up. Does anybody know of how to fix this?

make sure you dont have addslashes() if magic_quotes is turned on.

Ok, I checked for that and that is not the case. I am just echoing the variable directly into the textarea. I tried to change it and addslashes and stripslashes and that didn't change anything. Instead of having the link look like:
    Code:
    https://www.paypal.com/xclick/business=order%40wlhosting.com&item_name=Order+Form+V1&amount=15.00&no_note=1&currency_code=USD
    it looks like:
    Code:
    https://www.paypal.com/xclick/business=order%40wlhosting.com&item_name=Order+Form+V1&amount=15.00&no_note=1Ący_code=USD
    Any suggestions?
