    webdesign

    I want to develop a website but I am not familier with css. Is there an easy way to develop a website?

    Hm ... that's a bit like saying "I want to make dinner, but I'm no good at cooking. Is there an easier way?" And in the same way that you could go out and buy a ready meal, but it won't be as good as freshly made, and you'll be limited to somebody else's tastes and recipes, you could use one of the "website builder" softwares available, but you'll find the results disappointing.

    As with anything, the best way to get good results is to learn to do things properly. Basic CSS isn't hard to learn, and there's a great communityy here to help you out if you get stuck.

    I agree with what TechnoBear says, but all the same, there are plenty of services out there that enable you to set up a decent looking, free site without knowing anything about web design. Here's are some I've bookmarked over time:
