    Mouseover menu problem

The design of the website that I am working on requires mouseover menus that open up instead of down. I don't know much JavaScript yet, so I looked all over the Internet trying to find a script that would allow me to do this. I finally found one here. But when I set it up it wouldn't work properly. For some reason it always opens the menu in the top right hand cornor of the screen. Since, like I said, I don't know much JavaScript yet, I have now idea what the problem is or how to fix it. I attached a dumbed down version of my page to this post. I removed all graphics and content, and I put my javascript and style sheet into the head section so that it would all be in one file. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out. Thanks!

I dunno -- Uploading stuff is usually pretty quirky.

Just link to it, I'm sure the administration won't care, since it's not unsolicited. (that is, if you have it online)

    That's crazy -- I swear it wasn't there before.

Maybe attachements have to be verified by an admin?

Your's seems to be working just the same way as the one in the example -- The only difference is that there is less space on your menu that on the example menu. That means that part of the popup is always getting cut-off.

I'm not sure if this is appealing to you, but maybe you should try flash? You have SO MUCH more control over the actions in flash, and it looks exactly the same on all browsers. Unlike javascript, where every browser has their own implementation (at least that's what it seems like).

I'll look into it. A friend of mine told me I should use Flash as well.
