video capture cards

I have a 8mm camcorder and want to be able to put my videos on my computer, so I can edit them. Can anyone recommend a good video capture card to help me do this?? Thank you

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder. It has input for RCA audio/video, co-axial cable, and SVHS. It also has 16 or 32 mB for graphics acceleration. They providied me with excellent phone and Web support while installing.

Be warned, though, if you have an existing on-board video card (i.e. one that is physically attached to your mother board) you can run into problems with any video card.
