classic asp "back to search results" page

    Hi All,

I have got a new requirement where in I do some search function,I get the results. In my results in each row I have hyperlink and on click on it ,it goes to the project detailed page.If user does some change and updates after that he wish to go back to search results.
how can I go back to this page ??I cannot use Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_REFERER"); .It just goes to one previous page.
Where as in my case user comes to search results then clicks on particular row then updates.

Can some one please suggest on this.

    Hi Malla

You have a couple of options:
    Session variable.
Append a variable to the URL.
    Use a hidden form field.
    Cookie.
Up to you on how you want to manage it.
